Eligibility for Returns

We currently accept returns and exchanges under the following two conditions:

1. Damaged Upon Arrival: If your item arrives with any manufacturing defects or transit damage.

2. Sizing Adjustments: If the fit is not as expected and you require a different size.

Please note: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Our Resolution Process

To ensure you aren't left without your essentials, we offer a specialized resolution for eligible returns:

• Replacement: We will ship a brand-new product to you immediately upon receiving and inspecting your returned item.

• Partial Refund: As a courtesy for the inconvenience, we will also issue a partial refund of the original purchase price back to your original payment method.
